Introduction

I wanted a place where I could collect parts of my professional and personal life and share that with other people, most importantly, my loved ones. I didn't feel like social media was serving me, as it focuses on attention-grabbing, sensationalized, surface-level content rather than personal, nuanced, and substantive content. At one point, I started writing a lot of articles for myself and published them as private articles on Medium. But, I thought that a bespoke website would better serve my needs: 1) functionally, since I want to include my professional activities, personal projects, and articles, and 2) in terms of data privacy, since my data isn't being used to feed an algorithm or train large-language models. Overall, I want a digital home for myself, one where I can express myself however I want to and use my expression the way I want it to be used. This must be the place. Home... is where I want to be...
